Noventum, in collaboration with Salesforce, are conducting research to explore how manufacturers can boost their service revenues in a profitable way.
During the research process, we will look at how manufacturers can increase service contract coverage rates to ensure a recurring revenue flow and achieve stronger customer retention for cross-selling. We will also seek to discover how manufacturers can best include the predictive maintenance offering in their service portfolio to ensure monetisation of the investment.
