Roundtable – Improve your service revenues
In this session, we will briefly discuss the outcomes of the Boosting Service Revenue research conducted by Noventum in collaboration with Salesforce.
After that we will move to small round table sessions where we discuss:
- Only 4% of product manufacturers believe that they can only sell traditional product related services in the future like field engineer time and spare parts. How do you therefore make sure that your company’s services portfolio meets todays and future customer demands?
- 57% of product manufacturers use field engineers to identify service sales opportunities. What requires focus in your company? the use of more channels to spot opportunities for service sales or doing a follow up properly?
- Only 25% of manufacturers have their IT systems sufficiently integrated to proactively be able to service sales opportunities. Which processes, skills and IT infrastructure are needed to support the sales of services?
