In this webinar, we discuss the impact of digital transformation on service management and how change within an organisation can be achieved successful. We examine the integration of a service mindset within company culture and across all layers of the organisation. We tackle how the definition of "digital transformation" differs strongly and how seeing it merely as the digitalisation of former analog processes is too short-sighted.
