The service back-office training is designed for people that are responsible for ensuring that service orders and service contracts are correctly entered into the system, that invoices are sent to the customer, and that all service-related information is updated in the system. This role supports the front-end employees of the service organisation and does not include customer contact.
The practical tools and exercises in the training will improve the participant’s ability to convince colleagues to provide information, and to process information in an accurate and meaningful way.
