The Vacancy

We are seeking a German speaking Recruiter to manage one of our new business lines, namely, the provision of recruiting services to companies. We focus on the service sector of manufacturing companies and our recruiting services will be to source qualified field service engineers for our customers in Germany (and other selected countries). In this function, you will work closely with the client as well with our Project Manager and a team of experienced consultants.

Candidates from academic careers related to Human Resources are encouraged to apply.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Screening resumes;
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates;
  • Communication with our customers to define the profile they require;
  • Managing and growing this new service area within Noventum.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week).

    • HR knowledge (know how to qualify people for job positions), know how to conduct an interview
  • Professional skills:
    • Language competencies: spoken and written German and English
    • Can work in social media (Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp)
    • Can fast learn new concepts (service within the manufacturing industry)
  • Personal character
    • Communicative
    • Friendly, open
  • Workload: 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday
